Some of the general questions we often receive:

Do you supply your own cleaning products?

We supply all of our own products and equipment to complete the job. We have been working with the same products and equipment and have found them to be very successful. We always make sure we are providing the safest and healthiest environment for you and your family.

Can I supply my own cleaning products?

You certainly can make a request for us to use a special product(s) that you may like. The only thing we will do is make sure we have a full knowledge of the product so that we know we will not be doing any sort of damage to your home or business.

Do I need to supply a key for you to clean my house?

While this is the easiest way for us to access the property, it is not mandatory. Most of our clients provide us with a key. Those keys are only sent out on the day of your cleaning, and then returned later that day upon completion of the schedule. We understand it takes time to trust a new company that is doing work for you. Some of the options are: hiding the key in a consented place or being at the property on our arrival to let us in. Please keep in mind that the only drawback to not providing a key is that if we are unable to gain access to the property for any reason (forgetting to leave the key or the door unlocked, for example) a penalty fee will apply.

Do the same people come in on every cleaning visit?

We make every effort possible to make sure that the same person is always going to the same places, as we believe this is a very important step in building a trusting relationship with our clients. Unfortunately, there are circumstances sometimes that are beyond our control and you may not have the same person. You can, however, be certain that our whole team is fully trained and reliable.

What if I have pets?

We have no problems with that whatsoever. All of our cleaners are completely pet-friendly. We do appreciated though if you can make sure that your pet is safe and secure before our cleaning team arrives. Our teams are not permitted to clean or pick up animal ordure for hygienic reasons. You can however make a special request beforehand, so they can bring all the necessary safety gears.

Are you fully insured and bonded?

We are fully insured and bonded and are more than happy to send certificates of insurance at your request. The best way to protect your family’s most valued assets is by only working with companies that are fully insured and bonded.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We kindly ask each customer to give us at least 24 hours notice. This way we can organise our day accordingly.
